Know what you are getting into
A water well is one of the most critical components of any property that relies on groundwater, yet it is often the least understood and most overlooked. A professional Water Well Inspection provides a clear, accurate assessment of the well’s condition, construction, equipment, and water quality—helping property owners avoid costly repairs, unsafe water, and unexpected system failures. Whether purchasing a home, evaluating existing equipment, or ensuring long‑term reliability, a thorough inspection protects the well, the water supply, and the investment tied to the property. It gives homeowners and buyers confidence that the system is producing safe, dependable water and that any issues are identified before they become expensive problems.

Our primary goal during the inspection process is to identify and assess risk and the general health of the system. This begins with assuring proper power and configuration. Then we test the pressure balance between the switch and the pressure tank to ensure proper setup. We test for common signs of a ruptured pressure tank bladder and then collect electrical readings on the pump and wiring to ensure the health of the equipment and check for possible shorts or other conditions that can degrade the system health. Finaly we do an assesment on the condition and construction of the well head to note for signs of surface water contamination or leaks down well. We document our findings and provide recommendations with quotes for suggested repairs, only on what is needed to ensure safe clean and sustainable drinking water.
